SWEEPSTAKES RULES

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to dental professionals practicing in the United States of America. Non-dental professionals are not eligible to win. Employees of Young Innovations ("Sponsor"), third-party partners, immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

HOW TO ENTER: Submit the official online entry form and include a question about ClearDefense Silver Fluoride or Nanosilver Fluoride to receive one (1) entry. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries or entries submitted using multiple identities, bots, or automated systems will be disqualified. Incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise non-compliant entries will not be considered.

Once submitted, your entry qualifies you for all monthly drawings and the grand prize. No re-entry is required.

WINNER SELECTION: A total of thirteen (13) winners will be selected:

• Three (3) monthly prize winners will be chosen at random each month from among all eligible entries received up to that point.

• One (1) grand prize winner will be selected in a final drawing after the sweepstakes ends.

Monthly prizes are valued between $250–$300. The grand prize is a MacBook Pro valued at $2,500. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at the time of each drawing.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via the email or phone number provided at the time of entry. Winners must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes will be shipped to the address submitted with the entry.

OPT-IN: By submitting an entry form, the participant is opting-in to periodic email marketing messages from Young Innovations. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the manage subscription function that is included at the bottom of all marketing emails.
