With over two decades of experience in the dental field, Tiffani began her career as a dental assistant before earning her degree in dental hygiene from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2008.

Her journey has taken her from private practice to academia, where she served as faculty at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and contributed to clinical research. A deep passion for community health led her to an FQHC in the Midwest, where she spent five years as an oral health outreach specialist, spearheading initiatives to improve access to care.

In 2020, Tiffani transitioned into the DSO space, utilizing her expertise in education, research, and program development. As a Director of Dental Hygiene Development, she has played a pivotal role in advancing clinical excellence and professional growth within the industry.

Beyond her professional work, Tiffani remains dedicated to public health, serving as a volunteer clinician and contributing as a writer for an editorial panel focused on health equity and innovative dental technology.
