HOW TO EARN CE CREDIT

In accordance with our AGD PACE approved provider status, we are obligated to gather your feedback prior to issuing CE credits.

  1. Watch the CE Class. You need to watch 100% of the video in one session to receive your certification.
  2. Once you've finished watching, an email containing a survey link will be sent to you.
  3. Complete the survey and answer the quiz questions.
  4. Upon survey completion, you'll receive an email containing your CE certificate and attendance verification.
  5. Please check your SPAM folder if you cannot find your emails initially.

Thank you for registering for an AGD-approved continuing education event. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to ensure a smooth process for both attendees and organizers. This event does not have a fee for admission; therefore, no refund will be provided upon event cancellation. You may not transfer your registration to another person, as every participant that would like to receive CEU for the event is required to register for the event. In the circumstance that an event is rescheduled by the AGD program provider for any reason, registered attendees will be notified promptly. Registrants who do not attend the event will not be eligible for CEU credits.
