Program Overview

Exceptional periodontal practices are built on more than clinical expertise. Today's clinicians must navigate complex treatment decisions, improve case acceptance, inspire high-performing teams, and create a culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. In this candid fireside conversation, Dr. Jennifer Doobrow and Dr. Irina Dragan will explore the intersection of clinical excellence, leadership, communication, and practice growth. Attendees will gain actionable insights into guiding patients toward optimal treatment, motivating teams through change, and fostering a practice culture that supports long-term success.
