NOTE: When utilizing PerioDT for periodontal treatment and/or heavy debridement, it is recommended to thoroughly evacuate and rinse all PerioDT before beginning your scaling procedure. Then, if needed, reapply to periodontally diseased pockets and follow the instructions for use. Additional adjunct treatments are not necessary or recommended following PerioDT application. Additional medicaments placed in periodontal pockets may increase the risk of post treatment irritation or inflammation. Patients may resume normal home care routines and there are no dietary restrictions immediately post treatment.
